Platform objectives are to identify and support projects that encourage transition towards a sustainable energy economy, address climate change and reduce energy and carbon intensity throughout lifecycles while creating economic value. 

• Alternative Fueling Stations – The US Army is working with the US BCSD to establish alternative fueling stations that would provide fuels for use in government (non-tactical) vehicles as well as for interested private citizens. Initial efforts are focused at Fort Lewis, Washington.
